Kettlebell Routine - Dianna
From Blue Wave Martial Arts and Fitness, this is Dianna demonstrating a series of kettle bell exercises. Single arm cleans, and when you make the transition to the other arm it is always best to use a single arm swinging transition to keep the continuity of your exercise set. The next exercise on the agenda is clean and press, so she'll make a single arm transitioning swing to the clean and press, and she'll transition to the other arm for clean and press with a single swing. Notice how she is using a lot of leg and momentum to get the kettle bell up to the shoulder position before she presses it up. Notice how she's going right on the midline with that kettle bell each time, just a little above eye level which is great. She is using a ten pound kettle pound for these. Then she'll finish off with two handed swings and give you a great 3 or 4 minute workout set guaranteed to get your cardio going and your heart beating hard.
