A: Personal training sessions last 1 hour.
Q: What time of day do you offer personal training?
A: Personal training is offered during the day, usually from 6:00 am to 12:00noon. To inquire about availability callus at 636-561-4848.
Q: How many times per week do you suggest scheduling personal training?
A: We have clients that train 1, 2 and3 times per week but we are happy to work according to your schedule and goals.
Q: What do I wear to a personal training session and is there anything I need to bring?
A: Wear comfortable workout clothes that you can easily move around in and you'll need to bring a pair of aerobics or cross-training shoes that you wear indoors only (and are clean on the bottom). You probably will also want to bring a water bottle and a sweat towel.
Q: If I'm out of shape, is personal training the right program for me?
A: David Blevins forms the workout to meet your fitness level but pushes you a step further to reach and exceed your goals!
Q: Is there an age requirement for Personal Training?
A: Because the sessions are designed to fit your specific goals we offer our sessions to all ages. David will keep you motivated and moving towards your goals each session.
