Be Happy With Your New ShapeHave we got the setting for you!  Our personal training gym is well equipped but not overwhelming.  We are not set up for huge crowds like the chain gyms - think personal training boutique.  At Blue Wave it is a much nicer and more private setting.  Now in our brand-new studio in Lake St. Louis, it is clean and comfortable.  And, we are convenient to residents of St. Charles, St. Peters, O'Fallon, and Wentzville.  Our goal is to never have more than 3 or 4 clients in the gym at a time.  We want to provide you with a setting that will make you feel like you're special.  Your goals and achievements are important to us.  And, we have the expertise to help you achieve the results you want.

"It's hard to know what to do or how hard to push myself."

Then you need to do Small Group Training.  This is a great way to get most of the same benefits as Personal Fitness Training AND you get to do it with your friends. Groups of 2, 3, or even 4 can come together for the same session and enjoy time together while getting a great workout. Plus, it’s a great way to save! Remember, it is important to try to keep groups together that have the same approximate fitness level and goals. There is no extra cost to do group training at Blue Wave.
