In addition to bag work we also use medicine balls, weights, stretch bands, and more!

Karate Kids is our program for children ages 5-11. It is so much fun.
But it is so much more. Kids get active and learn real life lessons
like how to be responsible and use good judgement.

This early morning workout is geared toward strength and endurance training.
Sessions start every 6 weeks and meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
Boot Camp will get you started and keep you going all day long!

Personal Training
