Our studio serves the greater St. Charles County area including Wentzville, O'Fallon, St. Peters and St. Charles. We focus on high-energy Kickboxing Classes, kid-friendly Karate classes, authentic Tae Kwon Do instruction, tough-as-nails Boot Camp, and one of a kind Personal Training. Kids Movie Night

 Friday Night, Feb 19th, from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. Drop the kids off for some fun, games, pizza and a movie. Cost is $25. Bring a friend if you like (non karate friends are ok too!)
